Management Profile
Our Director, Ben, has been immersed in the construction industry for over 20 years, building his foundation through a carpentry trade that shaped his practical skills and hands-on expertise. It was during his apprenticeship on high quality builds that he developed a sharp eye for detail and an uncompromising drive for quality—standards he has carried with him ever since. Ben has consistently sought out the best mentors and environments to refine his craft, never settling for anything less than excellence.
Beginning his rope access career in 2010, Ben has worked alongside some of the industry's most respected professionals—individuals who have driven innovation through continual learning, testing, and refining techniques to help advance the rope access industry to where it is today. From them, he adopted a mindset that still defines his approach today: “make the unknown known.” His experience spans a wide range of demanding environments, from heavy industry settings such as power stations, explosive and fertiliser plants, to highly delicate and technical work within museum environments.
Ben has carefully built the team at Vision Rope Access—bringing together highly skilled technicians who share a genuine drive to be the best at what they do. The team is not only focused on delivering exceptional outcomes, but also on ensuring the journey there is efficient, seamless, and uncompromisingly safe.
